   Glazing

It warms the cockles of your heart, ...

Windows and doors from Eurotech-WinDoors give you that extra feeling of cosiness - something that you may have been missing for some time.

Double Glazing is the established insulation standard for all kind of buildings. The benefits are obvious- double glazing keeps the warmth inside and helps to reduce energy costs, it controls noise and moisture and much more...,

    Standard double glazing

The standard double glazing is the cheapest option in double glazing. It reduces the heat loss compared to single glazing by 55%.

    Double Glazing + Low E + Argon

The use of low emissivity (Low E) glass, together with Argon gas filling between the two panes cuts the loss to a much greater effect. The thermal performance is is improved by 44% compared to standard double glazing.

Low-E glass further improves thermal efficiency of the window and prevents the damage that ultra-violet rays can cause to interior furnishings. If you are in a climate that has long, hot summers, low-E windows can make a big difference in your air-conditioning bill, too

Double Glazing + Low E + Argon + Noise level reduction

With this glass option you get the best available double glazing and a sound reduction of up to 57%. This glass has also a high security rating.

Double glazing + Low E + Argon + Safety glass

Where there´s danger someone may run through, toughened glass is used in this double glazing.

Double glazing keeps the warmth inside and the cold or summer heat outside.  Argon gas which is in between the two panes (low E glass) is an even better insulator than air.

The double glazing is hermetically sealed.

Double glazing also reduces noise levels.  Where a greater reduction is needed, special glas can be used.

It is generally accepted that 51 percent of energy use in heating is lost through single glazed windows of a well insulated home. Windows account for 25 to 50 percent of the total wall area of a typical New Zealand home.
